TIGHTSCULPTING

Non-invasive laser fat reduction combined with skin tightening

TightSculpting is an advanced combined procedure designed to target both adipose tissue and the appearance of the skin surface. The treatment is based on the synergistic use of 1064 nm Nd:YAG and 2940 nm Er:YAG lasers, enabling both deep and superficial skin heating.

The goal of the procedure is to reduce localized fat deposits by selectively destroying fat cells, while simultaneously reshaping and firming the body through thermal stimulation of connective tissue structures.

The treatment consists of two stages:

Stage One – Deep Heating (Nd:YAG 1064 nm, PIANO mode)
Using super-long PIANO pulses, the Nd:YAG laser delivers deep, homogeneous heating of the skin. Thermal energy penetrates the entire fat layer, improving microcirculation and accelerating thermal contraction, resulting in effective lipolysis.

Stage Two – Skin Tightening (Er:YAG)
A longer non-ablative Er:YAG thermal pulse is applied to tighten the skin surface. Controlled superficial heating initiates collagen remodelling, improving skin thickness, elasticity and firmness. By increasing fat metabolism and tightening both superficial and deeper connective tissue layers, TightSculpting significantly improves skin laxity and the appearance of the treated area.

TightSculpting is a non-invasive procedure that delivers visible skin firming and body contouring results.

ICOONE® Laser

ICOONE® Laser is a revolutionary, patented technology based on Roboderm®, using mechanised massage heads equipped with rollers containing multiple micro-holes, creating Multi Microstimulation.

This ensures extremely precise, deep stimulation of every millimetre of skin without stretching or damaging tissue. The deep stimulation handpiece is additionally equipped with a 915 nm diode laser and 650 nm LED light.

The combination of laser and light energy induces a photochemical effect in the tissues, increasing cellular permeability.

• 915 nm diode laser penetrates deep into the tissue, where it is strongly absorbed by lipids within adipocytes, increasing their temperature and causing fat cell breakdown.
  
• 650 nm LED light stimulates fibroblasts, enhancing collagen production and improving cell membrane permeability, allowing released fat to be safely drained through the lymphatic system.

Fotona laser technology is based on the principle of selective photothermolysis. During treatment, laser energy is absorbed by haemoglobin and converted into heat, causing coagulation and gradual absorption of blood vessels by the body.
